| Pets: | One small well behaved dog allowed in Bleaberry, Brocklebeck & The Sett cottages. Strictly no pets in Brackenrigg House. |
| Smoking: | Strictly no smoking. |
| Short Breaks: | Short breaks are available between November to March and at short notice in the summer. To receive alerts join our mailing list. |
| Changeover: | Fridays. Short breaks on Fridays and Mondays. |
| Check-In / Out: | Earliest check-in is 4pm. Latest check-in is 11:30pm. We kindly ask that you check-out by 10am. (during Covid, this is 9am) |
| Payment: | 1/3 deposit upon booking. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival. |
| Damage Deposit: | £200 returnable Housekeeping Deposit is required for Brackenrigg House. See Booking Terms. |
