| Children: | All ages welcome! Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. |
| Pets: | One small well behaved dog allowed in Bleaberry, Brocklebeck & The Sett cottages. Up to two medium sized dogs welcome in Brackenrigg House. |
| Smoking: | Strictly no smoking. |
| Short Breaks: | Short breaks are often available (except at peak times) |
| Changeover: | Varies but usually Fridays. Short breaks are usually Friday & Monday, but other days available, please check the calendar for uptodate information. |
| Check-In / Out: | Earliest check-in is 4pm. Latest check-in is 11:30pm. We kindly ask that you check-out by 10am. |
| Payment: | 1/3 deposit upon booking. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival. |
| Damage Deposit: | £250 returnable Housekeeping Deposit is required for Brackenrigg House. See Booking Terms. |
