Bleaberry is a characterful studio cottage in our gorgeous converted barn. All ground floor, open plan and comfortable. The lounge/dining/kitchen area with sofa, smart tv, comfortable king-sized bed, ample wardrobe space, well appointed kitchen with oven and halogen hobs, slow cooker, microwave and dining table. Attractive en-suite bathroom with bath/shower over.

There’s a lovely outdoor seating area with BBQ and stunning views, and access to a shared laundry room. Acres of meadow and woodland.

Bleaberry is a studio holiday cottage sleeping 2 people. It’s one of three holiday cottages converted from a 19th century barn at Brackenrigg in Naddle, Keswick.

Well appointed kitchen with a range of appliances including oven and halogen hob, slow cooker, microwave, and fridge with freezer compartment.

Bedroom
King-size double bed with non-feather polycotton duvet and pillows.

Bathroom with bath with shower over, wc and handbasin.

Laundry Room
Located on the ground floor of the barn with washing machine and drying space. Shared with 2 other holiday cottages.

Outside
Patio area with outside seats and BBQ.

  • Shared laundry room with washing machine. Free to use, located on the ground floor of the barn.

Notes

  • Brackenrigg is set in 7 acres of grounds including woodland and gardens.
  • Ball play paddock with children play castle, child size football nets, and a range of games and equipment such as footballs, frizbees etc.
  • Mobile reception maybe poor depending on your network, but there is free fibre Wi-Fi, so your wifi calling services should work fine.
  • Asda, Tesco and Sainsbury etc will deliver to Brackenrigg if you are set up to use their delivery service.
  • Booths supermarket in Keswick is worth a visit if you enjoy treating yourself to good food whilst on holiday. If you don’t know it already, think ‘upmarket Waitrose’.
  • Theres a great Saturday and Thursday market in Keswick: artisan cheese, bakery and lots of interesting stalls

Booking Info

Children: All ages welcome! Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Pets: One small well behaved dog allowed in Bleaberry, Brocklebeck & The Sett cottages. Strictly no pets in Brackenrigg House.
Smoking: Strictly no smoking.
Short Breaks: Short breaks are available between November to March and at short notice in the summer. To receive alerts join our mailing list.
Changeover: Fridays. Short breaks on Fridays and Mondays.
Check-In / Out: Earliest check-in is 4pm. Latest check-in is 11:30pm. We kindly ask that you check-out by 10am. (during Covid, this is 9am)
Payment: 1/3 deposit upon booking. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
Damage Deposit: £200 returnable Housekeeping Deposit is required for Brackenrigg House. See Booking Terms.
Payment Method: Cheque, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Bank Transfer.
